Leahy's Auto Body/Dye It Rite Gives O'Sheehan Racing a Facelift

Former NFL and MLB superstar Dion Sanders once said, “If you look good, you feel good, If you feel good, you play good, If you play good, they pay good.”

“Now we look good!” said owner/co-driver Tim O’Sheehan, “Thanks to Jon, Jerry, and Frank from Leahy’s Auto Body.” The family owned body shop has “Stepped Up to the Plate” to sponsor the O’Sheehan Racing Team in 2013. Dye It Rite, Leahy’s mobile interior and wheel repair service, will also be featured on the newly painted Monte Carlo.

“I’m glad they’re onboard, but I hope we don’t need their collision repair expertise,” joked co-driver Garrett Shover, “It’s my job now to not mess up the sweet paint job.”

Jerry and Karen Leahy began Dye It Rite in 1984, and opened their auto body shop ,Leahys Auto Body, in 1991. For nearly 30 years the mission of Leahys Auto Body & Dye It Rite has been the same; do honest quality repair work and do what is in the customers best interest.

Leahys Auto Body and Dye It Rite has greatly grown over the last decade. Dye It Rite now services over 120 franchised dealerships throughout Pennsylvania. Along with exterior repairs to cars, Dye It Rite dyes stained carpeting, fix and repair cracks and tears in cloth, vinyl, headliners, door panels and restores faded trim. Dye It Rite overall reconditions and enhance the interior of any vehicle. They can also restore faded cloudy headlights, repair wheel damage, or fix windshield cracks.

In 1991 the Leahy’s opened their auto body shop . In 2000, ground was broken on their new and current auto body shop located at 121 8th St., New Cumberland PA. Leahys Auto Body repairs everything from minor bumper repair to major body collision damage. Leahys Auto Body also boasts talented automotive painters and color match experts, receiving the 2011 Best Paint Award at Motorama. In addition to the New Cumberland shop. Leahy’s Auto Body and Dye It Rite joins Rehbein’s Service Center and Speed Shop as partners with O’Sheehan Racing in 2013, who will be competing in the Street Stock class at Susquehanna Speedway Park with driver Garrett Shover. The team will also compete with Tim O’Sheehan behind the wheel at Big Diamond and Trail-way Speedways.
